What ABR means to you

Many times homebuyers may see initials after a REALTORS® title but they may not know the significance of them.

When you see the letters ABR®, rest assured that you are working with someone who will have your best interests in mind to represent you and your purchase.

The ABR® designation stands for Accredited Buyer’s Representative.  REALTORS® that have earned this designation (such as myself!) have gone through many hours of educational classes & also have multiple transactions under their belt where they have successfully represented buyers.

Many years ago, buyers did not have representation in the real estate world.  All agents worked toward the interests of the sellers.  Thankfully, buyer’s representation has become much more popular these days and buyer’s representatives are held to a high standard to make sure they act toward the best interests of their buyer-clients.

Buying a home is the biggest investment most people make – be sure you have someone who is qualified to represent you & your best interests!  I am proud to be recognized as an ABR® designated REALTOR® and my clients are pleased that they are working with someone who has the expertise & knowledge to assist them in their real estate purchases.
