West Campus is filled with block after block of condos -- some new condominiums have with rooftop pools and wonderful amenities -- and is the section of campus favored by undergraduate students. West Campus is home to the famed section of Guadalupe St. named The Drag -- known for its funky boutiques, restaurants, bars and people watching. The University of Texas fraternity and sorority houses are also located in West Campus. It is without surprise that within this small section, UT campus condos are always in high demand by investors and residents.
North Campus is characterized by its mature, charming homes and a few smaller condo complexes. This area is popular with University of Texas graduate students and professors. There are many great coffee shops, boutiques, and restaurants in North Campus.
