The Reserve and Champions
The Reserve and Champions subdivisions consist of homes built primarily by the Drees company. These are the best of Avery Ranch, and some of which are gated and have stunning views of the Avery Ranch golf course and the surrounding hills. New listings in the Reserve and Champions don't happen every day, so creating an account that will monitor this area and send you email alerts is a great way to keep track.
 Brookside
Brookside subdivision homes are built by builders such as Drees and Meritage and are located near the main amenity center with its huge pool and tennis courts. Brookside homes are built on huge lots (some over 1/4 acre!) and some have golf course views.
Parkside
Parkside subdivision homes are close to the new Avery Ranch elementary school, and consist of homes built by custom builders and by D.R. Horton.
Schools and Nearby Employers
Depending on which area of Avery Ranch you live in (remember, it is 1800 acres, and over 4000 homes!), the schools offered are either of the highly-rated Round Rock ISD or Leander ISD schools. There are two elementary schools within Avery Ranch, and another on the way.
